My background
Céline Thiam wears two hats: an HR professional committed to inclusive organisations, and an HR Director who knows from the inside the weak signals, the unspoken suffering at work, and the cost of masking and over-adaptation.
Founder of Smart Démarche Coaching (HR consulting, training & coaching), she has built a career of over 25 years between France and Africa — digital, banking, consulting — and now works from Senegal, without geographic boundaries.
She is also the founder of the AtyKyPyk newsletter on LinkedIn, where she unpacks neuroinclusion for adults.
